Zucchini

Ok, you know what sucks? When your oven doesn't work. Not only that, but when you kind of have a feeling that your oven isn't going to work but you start preparing this really messy and elaborate thing, such as a stuffed zucchini. Especially when you're not even following a recipe, just kind of going off of what Cristin told you she did last year. Then you realize that you have this 4 foot zucchini in a luke-warm oven, so then you have to figure out how else to cook the dern thing. Seriously, this shit should be on the GREs.

In case you were wondering, my chunks of zucchini and sausage, although really gross looking, is delicious. and I typically HATE sausage, so there you go.
